Contest Rules

This document sets out the formal terms of participation, legal matters, and data processing rules of the FPV Freestyle Poland 2026 contest.

A detailed description of the contest, categories, and prizes can be found on the main page.

Important: Submitting an entry or taking part in the on-site contest constitutes full acceptance of these rules.

Copyright and Image Rights

1. By submitting a contest video, the participant declares that they are its author, hold full copyright (both moral and economic), and that the video does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

2. Upon submission, the participant grants the organizer a free, perpetual, and territorially unlimited license to use the video for promotional, informational, and educational purposes.

3. The organizer has the right to publish the videos (or excerpts) on its social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), on the event website, and to share them with the event's sponsors and partners for the purpose of promoting the FPV sport and the event itself.

4. Participants taking part in the on-site (Live) contest consent to the free use of their image captured during the event in the organizer's photo and video materials.

Final Provisions

1. Liability: The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from participants' actions while recording contest videos. Every pilot flies at their own responsibility, in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.

2. GDPR: Participants' personal data (first name, last name, nickname, email) will be processed solely for the purpose of running the contest and awarding prizes. The data controller is the organizer of the FPV Freestyle Poland event.

3. Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change the rules in exceptional cases, with notice posted on the event's main page.

4. Decisions: In matters not covered by these rules and in disputed matters, the final decision rests with the Organizer.
